'Child To Save A Child' - Walkathon

SRI LANKAN SCHOOL MUSCAT in line with its celebration of 30 years of experience decided to launch a campaign to build awareness and raise funds for ‘Little Hearts Foundation’ in Sri Lanka.  The School believe that It is the time to extend our hands to save life of those who are suffering.  We, the School community recognizes  the duty to heal these little hearts by cutting the time to await for their turn for treatment and increase the line to raise funds for ‘Little Heart’.

We welcome all the Sri Lankan community and their loved ones in Sri Lanka to join hands with us!

Together we will extend our hands to build healthy nation by saving these little hearts.

Let us line up for a walk on 31st July 2018 from the  Independence Square, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka, starting from 3.00 p.m. to see these children in the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children in Borella, enhancing the awareness of the general public and raising funds to strengthen the ‘Little Hearts’ Fund.

Following are the details of the proposed walkathon:

Date: Tuesday, July 31, 2018

Starting Time: 3.00 p.m.  (in order to ensure punctual commencement the participants are expected to be at the Independence Square at least by 2.00 p.m.)

Starting Point: Independence Square

Destination: Lady Ridgeway Hospital

Expected Minimum Donation: SLR 1,500,000 (Originally we expected to collect Rs. 1.0 million.  However, by now the collections had exceeded that minimum target)
